1. Information we collect
We do not ask visitors to create accounts or submit personal details to use the tools. The information we and our service providers receive is limited to what your browser sends automatically and what cookies and similar technologies collect.

2. Your wheel entries
The names, options and results you type into a wheel are processed in your browser. We do not ask you to submit them to us, and we do not collect, read or store them on our servers, unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise before you use it.
Your browser may keep some data on your own device, such as saved settings or cached site files that let the Site load faster or work offline. That data stays on your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

8. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site, such as hosting and content delivery providers, and Google for analytics and advertising.
- Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect the Site, our users or others from fraud, abuse or security threats.
- A successor if the Site is transferred to a new owner, in which case this policy would continue to apply unless you are told of changes.

9. International processing
Google and our other providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and India, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, these providers use recognised safeguards for international transfers.
10. Retention and security
We keep analytics and advertising data only as long as needed for the purposes above and according to the retention settings we choose in Google Analytics and the policies of our providers. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to deal with your request. We use reasonable technical measures, such as HTTPS, to protect the Site, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. This includes rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, certain US state privacy laws, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Because we do not hold accounts or collect names or emails, we usually hold little or no personal data that can be linked to you. Most data about cookies and advertising is held by Google and our other partners, and you can exercise your rights directly with them using the links above. To make a request to us, email the address in section 15 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
12. Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Teachers and parents may use the tools with children, and we encourage supervised use. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites and display third-party ads. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please read their policies before sharing information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the Site. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
