1. Who we are and acceptance

spinthewheelsonline.com (the "Site", "we", "us") is operated by an independent website owner based in India. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. The service

The Site offers free, browser-based random selection tools, including customizable spin wheels and specialized pickers such as the Yes or No wheel and the number, letter and country pickers. It also publishes articles and guides about using these tools.

5. Your entries and content

The names and options you type into a wheel are processed in your browser. We do not ask you to submit them to us, and we do not use them for any purpose of our own, unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise before you use it. You keep full ownership of what you enter.

You are responsible for what you enter and for anything you publish using the Site, such as screenshots, recordings or shared links. If you use personal information about other people, for example the names of entrants in a draw, you are responsible for having the right to do so.

6. Randomness, results and giveaways

Results are generated in your browser by a pseudo-random number generator written in JavaScript. This is suitable for everyday choices, games, classroom activities and informal draws. Important: Do not rely on the Site for medical, legal, financial or safety-related decisions, for regulated gambling, or for any draw where the law requires a certified or supervised process.

If you use the Site to pick a giveaway or raffle winner, you are the organizer. We are not a party to your promotion and do not run, sponsor or endorse it. Failing that, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

16. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
  • Severability: if a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a right at one time does not give it up.
