How the Team Generator Works
The team generator uses a Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm — one of the
most mathematically sound methods for generating an unbiased random
permutation. When you click Generate Teams:

arrangement is equally likely

The shuffled array is divided into the requested number of groups by
sequential distribution
